Disclaimer: Due to the effects of Covid-19 there will be changes to our shipping and return policies. For sanitary reasons exchanges or returned will not be accepted except for special circumstances. Thank you for understanding.
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in colour and/or size.
We do not offer refunds, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days by contacting customer service at email@example.com.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and exchange shipping fees will apply. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt of the package. To report a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so.
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 10 business days of receival of the package to be shipped the correct item(s).

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number.
All orders are shipped from Peterborough, ON and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to.
Tribal Voices ships orders within Canada and the U.S. Orders are shipped via Canada Post to home addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes.
Stand shipping rates apply to all orders with one exception. Any orders within Canada over $100 will receive free standard shipping. Any orders being shipped to the U.S. that are over $200 will receive free standard shipping.
Can my order by shipped internationally?

How will I know how much my order will cost?
When you click on your online shopping cart your total should appear at the bottom. This total will include tax, shipping and any discounts that have been added with coupons or sales.
Will there be any additional costs on my receipt of order?
The only time there will be a difference of cost from when you purchase your item to when you receive your receipt will be if there is a currency exchange rate.
What currencies does Tribal Voices accept?
Tribal Voices accepts Canadian and U.S currencies.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in an email once your item has been processed and shipped.

Can I purchase and redeem gift cards online
Yes! Check out our gift card option on our website. These are online exclusive gift cards, meaning you can not use them in our physical stores and gift cards purchased in store can not be used towards an online purchase.
